4 Ever Family: John, Luis and Juan
Every week, CBS 4 is hoping to find a forever home for a Rio Grande Valley foster child as part of our partnership with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and Doctors Hospital at Renaissance Health Women's Hospital.
“4Ever Family” aims to provide a forever home for the nearly 400 foster children in South Texas.
Three Rio Grande Valley siblings are looking for a 4 Ever Family.
Texas Child Protective Services Adoption Specialist Wendy Maldonado tells us more about siblings John, Luis, and Juan who are looking for a forever home.
At 9 years old, John is the oldest sibling. John loves being active and enjoys riding his bike and swimming.
Luis is the middle child and loves to read.
Juan is the youngest sibling and wants to be a police officer when he grows up.
All three brothers wish to be adopted and find a 4 Ever Family.
If you are interested in becoming a 4Ever Family and adopting the siblings, the following is required:
- Be over the age of 21, financially stable and a responsible, mature adult
- Share information regarding your background and lifestyle
- Show proof of marriage and/or divorce. Single parents can also adopt children from the state.
For more information on how to adopt John, Luis, and Juan, please contact John Lennan with the Department of Family Protective Services at John.Lennan@dfps.state.tx.us or call his office at 361-878-7488.
