Wed, 30 Apr 2014 12:46:25 GMT —
"Every month there are good buys and there are bad buys. Here are the good things to buy in May:"
The best things to buy in May are: spring clothing, 60-inch plasma TVs and Memorial Day sales.
As retailers make way for summer styles, expect spring clothing discounts of fifty percent off or more.
60-inch plasma TVs continue to dominate, with all-time price lows of $600.
And Memorial Day offers the best sales since January.
Look for stacking coupons that'll make discounted goods even cheaper.
"There are some things you should avoid buying in May. Here are some examples:"
The worst things to buy in May are: jewelry, beef and Apple products. With Mother's Day on May 11th, jewelry prices tend to rise, due to the high demand.
The cost of beef is at its highest in 30 years, due to drought. And don't buy Apple products this month.
They'll be announcing new models at their developer's conference in June and older models usually take a price cut after that.
Bottom line... Shopping by the calendar makes sense because every month has deals, both good and bad.
But if you want to see the best deals every day, we've got you covered.
