Three people were hospitalized after an alleged drunk driver crashed into motorcyclists.
The accident happened around 11 p.m. on the northbound lane of Expressway 77/83 in Harlingen.
Two motorcycles were towed away at the scene, after a driver behind a Nissan car allegedly rear-ended the motorcyclists.
The 35-year-old driver of the car was arrested for intoxication assault.
Harlingen Fire Department, Harlingen Police Department and EMS all responded to the call, and the expressway was shut down as they responded to the crash.
