More than $3.6 million dollars worth of marijuana is off the streets after authorities found it hidden inside a shipment of cabbage.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers made the seizure at the Pharr-Reynosa International Bridge on Tuesday.

Investigators told Action 4 News that an 18-wheeler with a refrigerated trailer drove up from Mexico.

The 18-wheeler was sent to secondary inspection where customs officers found 1,348 packages with more than 3,662 pounds of marijuana inside.

Authorities believe the drugs are worth $3.6 million dollars on the streets.

No arrests have been reported but the incident remains under investigation.
