A fugitive sex offender from Alamo is behind bars with his mother and sister.
Alamo police arrested Abel Iturrubiates on Thursday.
Authorities put out an alert for Iturribiates back on February 23rd.
The 24-year-old man is convicted sex offender but was wanted on new child sex abuse charges.
Police arrested Iturribiates on two sex abuse charges and one count of failure to comply with state sex offender laws.
Investigators told Action 4 News that police also arrested his mother, Graciela Rico, and sister, Rosabel Hernandez.
Officers said Yturrabiates TM sister knew about the abuse and had told the victims not to say anything.
She was charged with child endangerment, tampering with evidence and was issued a bond totaling $225,000.
Rico was charged with hindering apprehension and was issued a $30,000 bond.
Iturribiates was issued $280,000 dollars in bonds for all three of his charges.
