Authorities investigating homicide in Elsa

Original story: The Texas Rangers and the Elsa Police Department continue to investigate a homicide in Elsa.

Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman Johnny Hernandez says a 49-year-old woman is dead.

Authorities believe the incident occurred at about 11 a.m. on Friday at an apartment complex near Mario Leal Drive and Ciro Caceres Avenue.
