Fruit Salad Daze 2 nectarines or tangerines, sliced1 cup red or green grapes1 cup honeydew chunks1 cup pineapple chunks1 cup raspberries1 cup blackberries1 cup plain yogurt1/4 cup Cookwell Honey Lime Vin Steak Fa-Heat-As 6 oz thinly sliced sirloin or flank steak1 small onion, cut in 1/8's1 green or red bell pepper, cut in strips1 jalapeno, cut into rings1 tsp Adam's Korintje Rubsalt and pepper to taste Combine and marinate up to an hour. Cook in hot skillet to desired doneness and serve with wheat tortillas. Sweet Red Pepper Kale 1 cup rough chopped kale1 small onion, diced1 red bell pepper, diced2 or 3 Romas, diced1 T Canyon Foods Pestopinch of cayenne1-2 cups cooked whole grain or regular pasta1/2 cup feta cheesesalt and pepper to taste Saut peppers and onions for 2 min until tender. Add kale and tomatoes; cook for 5 min until kale is wilted but still tender. Stir in pesto, seasoning, pasta, and cheese; toss together and heat through before serving.
