Duo arrested for stealing Dallas Cowboys jerseys
A San Benito man and a Harlingen woman are behind bars after allegedly stealing from the Kohl TMs Department Store in Harlingen.
Rose Marie Gallegos and Roberto Garcia allegedly took four Dallas Cowboys jerseys valued at $400.000 without paying for them.
They were placed under arrest by the Harlingen Police Department.
