o Kidcation Week (August 8 " 17): A week where San Antonio turns into a citywide playground for kids and families, with more than 80 kid-friendly events and deals on hotels, attractions and restaurants. Kidcation Week offers also include free entertainment, admission and events " including the official Kidcation Week Kickoff Event in Travis Park on August 8 " 10.o Restaurant Week (August 16 " 23): A celebration of San Antonio TMs robust culinary scene " where more than 50 participating restaurants provide three-course lunch and dinner menus for an affordable price: between $8 and $15 for lunch and $15 and $25 for dinner.o People En Espaol Festival (August 30 " 31): A two-day event celebrating Hispanic entertainment, culture and community " where attendees can find free educational panels, dance and musical performances, fitness activities and more during the day and a nighttime concert on Saturday with tickets starting at $20.
