Family and friends of Diana Izaguierre feel relieved that she's been located, rescued and is safe.
"I'm just happy that she's OK now" Erwin Oliva, friend of Diana's family told Action 4 News.
Her cousin Lydia Muiz-Silguero is glad Diana is fine. "They found her and she's safe, and she's with her mom right now."
Muiz-Silguero explained that on the night of the kidnapping two individuals exited from a vehicle, they came in between the trees and grabbed Diana by force.
"One carried her, the other one was covering her mouth with something, the other car drove up and they put her in the car and they took off with her."
Saul Del Villar is Diana's cousin, and tells us authorities did a good job. "They found her, they rescued her, and they're bringing her back safe."
"We thank everybody for their prayers also, we're just glad that she is in good condition and that she will be returning home later today" Lydia said.
But Lydia says Diana looked disoriented. "We saw her there in the Brownsville Police Department, she looks like herself but not quite like herself"
Diana's family and friends are glad Victor Garcia, the alleged kidnapper, is now behind bars and will soon be formally arraigned. "We know that justice will be served and we're just waiting to see what happens"
