FUMC of La Feria to host live nativity scene

The nativity is one of the most iconic images in holiday history and what better way to have this famous Christmas story come to life than a live scene?

Andi Atkinson and Cindy Moore joined Action 4 Sunrise from First United Methodist Church in La Feria to discuss more about this event.

At the Live Nativity, the church street and parking lot transform into the town of Bethlehem. Visitors can drive or walk through the village and see the story of Joseph and Mary and the arrival of Jesus Christ.

The Live Nativity will present a full cast of townspeople, angels, wise men, kings, soldiers, shepherds and live animals. The event will also feature live Christmas music by local church bands and is free and open to the public.

The event will be held on Dec. 15th and 16th from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
