GPS on one of the stolen phones helped police track down Villarreal north of Mission in Hidalgo County territory.
Villarreal was pulled over and then arrested.
The 23-year-old is believed to be the getaway driver in Tuesday afternoon TMs home invasion.
Two men stormed the home with two handguns on the1800 block of Lauren Lane in central Mission
Investigators believe Villarreal was the getaway driver, and are looking for two to four more people involved in the home invasion.
They also believe this could be an inside job because the suspects went straight for the family TMs safe.
