A Brownsville man is behind bars after a high school graduation party ended with a knife fight.
Brownsville police arrested 21-year-old Julian Hinojosa early Sunday morning.
Investigators told Action 4 News were called to a disturbance at a home on the 2300 block of Concord Place on the city TMs northwest side.
Officers learned the Hinojosa was at a graduation party at the house where he allegedly pulled out a knife.
Two men at the party ended up with cuts on their hands while trying to disarm Hinojosa.
The 21-year-old fled the scene but officers found him a few blocks away on West Alton Gloor Boulevard.
Police charged Hinojosa with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Hinojosa remains in custody at the Cameron County Jail.
