Grey skies & rain for Mother's Day

Rio Grande Valley residents are celebrating Mother's Day under grey skies.
A band of rain from Mexico is moving across deep South Texas.
The National Weather Service in Brownsville reports that isolated pockets of heavy rain are possible.
Meteorologists said those heavy rains could produce localized urban and rural flooding.
Both minor street flooding and ponding of water are also possible in low-lying and poorly-draining areas.
Isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible on Monday and Tuesday.
