Harlingen-born actor Nick Stahl has gone missing for the second time in a month.
US Weekly is reporting that the "Terminator 3" star went missing days after checking out of a rehab clinic.
Stahl first went missing back on May 9th.
The 32-year-old Hollywood actor surfaced a few days later and checked into a rehab clinic where US Weekly he was released last week.
"He's been missing for four days," Stahl's wife Rose Stahl told E! News. "But I don't want to comment any further."
Stahl was born in Harlingen but raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
According to IMDB, Stahl got his silver screen debut when he was 13 years old in Mel Gibson film "The Man Without A Face."
Stahl has not updated his Twitter account since May 1st.
