Harlingen stabbing ends with arrest

One man was rushed to the hospital while another remains behind bars following a weekend stabbing in Harlingen.

Harlingen police arrested 30-year-old Pedro Francisco Cisneros, Jr. on Saturday night.

Investigators told Action 4 News that police officers were called out to the 300 block of North O Street around 9:50 p.m. Saturday.

Officers found a man who had allegedly been stabbed several times by Cisneros.

Paramedics rushed the stabbing victim to the hospital while officers searched the area and found Cisneros on the 1600 block of West Adams Avenue.

Cisneros remains in custody at the Cameron County Jail under a $75,000 dollar bond.
