IngredientsMarinade:12 oz flat beer1 lime, juiced1 garlic clove, minced1 tsp HEB Texas Originals Beef Fajita spice blend1 lb beef sirloin fajita
Instructions1. Pour beer, lime juice, garlic, fajita spice blend into a gallon sized zip top plastic bag. Transfer bag to refrigerator and marinate for at least 30 minutes.2. Bring grill to Medium-high heat, and spray grill grates with nonstick cooking spray. Grill fajitas 5 minutes per side or until reached desired doneness. Allow meat to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Ingredients1 cup Hill Country Fare Pineapple Preserves1 HEB Bakery 10-inch angel food cake1 pineapple, sliced into 16 rounds1 container (8oz) HEB Light Whipped Topping
Instructions1. Bring grill to Low heat. Spray grill grate with non-stick spray. Slice angel food cake into 16 even slices, set aside.2. Warm pineapple preserves for 30 seconds in microwave oven. Brush each side of cake slice with pineapple preserves and set on indirect heat of grill. Grill 3 minutes on each side.3. While angel food cake is grilling, grill pineapple slices 2-3 minutes on each side.4. Remove angel food cake and pineapple slices from grill. Serve each slice of cake with a pineapple slice and a dollop of whipped topping.

Instructions1. Create the marinade by combining olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and red pepper flakes, if desired, in a gallon sized zip top plastic bag.2. Add vegetables from vegetable skewers and shrimp in the zip top bag and coat in marinade. Place bag in refrigerator and marinate for at least 15 minutes.3. Bring grill to Medium heat.4. After shrimp and vegetables have marinated, begin composing skewers with loads of vegetables and two shrimp per skewer.5. When all 4 skewers are put together, place on grill and cook for 4 minutes on each side.

Ingredients1 packet HEB Lemonade Drink Mix, quart size1 tsp freshly grated ginger2 limes, thinly sliced2 cups HEB sweetened sparkling water, lime flavored8 shots tequila (optional)
Instructions1. In quart-size pitcher, combine 6 cups of water with contents of Lemonade Drink Mix packet. Stir until powder is dissolved. Add ginger and lime slices to lemonade mixture, and chill for 30 minutes.2. Before serving, stir in 2 cups of sparkling water and tequila, if desired. Serve over ice and top with a lime slice.
