HEB is now issuing a precautionary recall out for a number of beef items. The Texas-based grocery chain says it TMs due to the possible presence of foreign material in the meat. They say their goal is to ensure the integrity and quality of the products sold| They confirm no illnesses have been reported as of this morning. The products include vacuum sealed packages of fajitas and beef stew meat with sell-by dates that range from late June to early July. Customers can return the products to stores for a full refund.
