A jury has found a man guilty for his role in a February 2009 murder in Brownsville.

Randall Bolivar went to trial before visiting Judge Robert Pate in the 107th State District Court this week.

Bolivar was accused in the murder of Aaron Castillo.

The UTB business management junior was found shot to death on Garden Street.

Castillo's brother allegedly owed Bolivar and two other men $500 dollars.

Jurors heard closing arguments on Wednesday afternoon and returned with a guilty verdict.

Bolivar remains in custody at the Cameron County Jail and is expected to be sentenced on Thursday morning.
