Man accused of intoxicated manslaughter pleads not guilty
A man accused of being drunk during an auto accident that claimed a San Benito CISD employee TMs life faced a judge.
Felipe Sanchez, Jr. appeared for an arraignment before 107th State District Court Judge Benjamin Euresti on Wednesday morning.
A grand jury recently indicted the 21-year-old man on an intoxication manslaughter death of Juan Luis Espinoza.
The San Benito Consolidated Independent School District employee was on his way to work on a motorcycle when Espinoza TMs car hit him.
Sanchez pleaded not guilty to the charge but a trial date was not immediately available.
