A Brownsville man is out on bond after leading deputies on a 109 mph chase with a his 3-month-old daughter in the car.
Cameron County Sheriff's Department deputies arrested 20-year-old Alexis Trevio on multiple criminal charges early Sunday morning.
Court records released to Action 4 News on Tuesday show that a deputy tried to pull over Trevio's for speeding on Paredes Line Road in Brownsville.
Trevio allegedly refused to stop driving up to 109 mph before coming to a stop off FM 802.
Deputies reported that a man, a woman and their 3-month-old baby belong to Trevio and the woman were all inside the car.
Trevio allegedly struggled with a deputy who tried to put him in handcuffs.
It's not clear why Trevio started the chase but court records show he was on probation for a September 2012 chase with Brownsville police.
Deputies charged Trevio with evading arrest, resisting arrest and child endangerment.
Cameron County Jail records show that Trevio was released after posting $20,000 dollars in bonds.
