A Harlingen man is arrested after he was busted stealing cologne from a local retail store.
According to reports JCPenney loss prevention officers noticed Leon Charles Baldwin placed two bottles of Diesel cologne inside his short pocket while in the store on Tuesday.
An employee from JCPenney claims Baldwin put the men's cologne in this shorts and strolled right passed the registers.
The store employees called police once Baldwin walked out of the store.
The 29-year-old was arrested a few blocks away on the 1800 block of Tyler Avenue, and he still had the Diesel cologne in his pocket.
Baldwin has several prior conviction of theft on this record, so his charges were enhanced to a state jail felony.
His bond was set at $20,000.
