Harlingen police are investigating the rape of one teen and the assault of another.
At this time, two people are in custody and are facing criminal charges after someone called Harlingen police to report the alleged attack.
It happened Saturday around 4 a.m. at the 900 block of Live Oak Circle.
Investigators said 28-year-old Jose Angel Moreno Junior and 44-year-old Gustavo Basaldua were both arrested for engaging in sexual contact with a 15-year-old boy.
Police said that boy was unconscious at the time of the assault.
Investigators also said Basaldua shoved a 17-year-old male by the throat just before police arrived.
Paramedics rushed the 15-year-old to the Valley Baptist Medical Center for treatment his condition is unknown at this time.
Child Protective Services are also investigating the case.
No other details are being released at this time.
Harlingen police said the case is still under investigation.
Authorities charged Moreno with indecency with a child, and he's being held on an $85,000 bond.
Basaldua was also charged with indecency with a child and an additional charge of assault.
A total bond was set at $91,000.
