Two men are behind bars after they were caught allegedly using false identities to buy guns.
Authorities said Mario Alberto Doria-Rivera and Aviel Vasquez were taken into custody after they bought the firearms with multiple false licenses.
According to documents, the two men bought the firearms from at least two business across Cameron County.
Authorities arrested Doria-Rivera back in November 2013 and remains in custody.
According to police, Vasquez was arrested Wednesday.
Magistrate Judge Ronald G. Morgan will arraign Vasquez Monday afternoon.
A bond was set at $50,000 for Vasquez.
