      Philip Steven Mora

A 25-year-old man arrested in Brownsville is headed back to Milwaukee where he faces charges for the shooting deaths of two men outside a bar.

Philip Steven Mora was booked into the Cameron County Jail for parole violations in a firearms & drug case on Monday.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that Mora has been charged with the deaths of two men outside during a botched robbery outside a tavern in January.

The Journal Sentinel reports that Mora is facing two counts of first-degree homicide for the deaths of 47-year-old Salvador Chavarin and 20-year-old Benjamin Mora.

Investigators told the Milwaukee newspaper that Mora fled to Mexico but was arrested in Brownsville.

Details about his arrest were not immediately available but records show a state district judge signed an order for extradition on Thursday.

Action 4 News will post more information as it becomes available.
