A Mission man has been charged for allegedly killing two relatives in a weekend car crash.
Luciano Vallejo was charged Monday with intoxicated manslaughter and intoxicated assault.
The Alton police chief said Vallejo was driving on Mile Six and Los Ebanos when he crashed his vehicle into a wall, killing two passengers and injuring another.
His bond was set at $90,000.
"I don't have any problem with the bond that was set, I think the judge based it on the information that she had," said Vallejo's attorney Derek Harkryder. "I'm not going to second guess any decisions that she made. A bond is not a punishment. My client is presumed innocent until proven guilty."
Vallejo is currently in the Hidalgo County jail.
