More victims are coming forward claiming they have been scammed by a Brownsville dress shop owner.
Police are now looking into over a dozen more cases of possible theft.
The owner of Ceci TMs Fashions already faces three counts of theft.
As of right now, Janie Mascorro is out on bond, but investigators are looking into 14 more complaints.
The complaints deal with clients who claim Mascorro never delivered their wedding or quinceera dresses.
Police said the inicial report aired by Action 4 News prompted many people to come forward to file complaints.
The dress shop located at the corner of 12th Street and Levee in downtown Brownsville remains closed tonight.
According to police, the 14 ne complaints do not necessarily mean an arrest warrant will be issued, but they are allegedly proof that Mascorro broke contracts she made with her clients.
Investigators said a judge could order her to pay restitution to her clients.
They recommend anyone who has questions about contracts with the dress shop call Brownsville police.
