Robert's Hot Crab DipPrep Time 30 minutes
1 jar Robert's Reserve Dip, any flavor2 jars HEB Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped 1/2 # pasteurized crab meat8 oz cream cheeseParmesan as needed
1. Combine ingredients until mixed.2. Pour into greased 10x6 baking dish.Top with cheese and bake @ 400 for 20 minutes or until warm and bubbly; let cool slightly as it will be very hot.
Sunday Brunch QuichePrep Time 60 minutes
1 pack H.C.F. deep dish pie crust(2 shells)8 ounces smoked ham or bacon, chopped4 oz shredded cheese6 eggs1 pint heavy cream2 tablespoon chives or green onions, chopped2 cups asparagus, cut into 1" pieces
1. Bake crusts 15 minutes @ 350 degrees or until lightly browned.2. Combine ham, asparagus, and cheese; spread on the bottom of the crusts. Whip eggs and cream; season with salt and pepper then pour over first layesr.Bake 40-50 minutes until knife comes out clean when inserted. Let sit for ten minutes and serve.
Soppin Sliders Prep time: 45 minutes1 1/2 cups Soppin' Suace8 oz cream cheese, softened2 tablespoons2 tablespoons chives or green onions, choppedSliced Rib-eye steak cooked to preference and sliced thinSlider buns, split and toastedCombine softened cream cheese and parm with onions and smear onto bottom piece of slider. Top with sliced steak lightly drizzled with Soppin.Also use Soppin as a baste when grilling the steak for extra flavor.
Momma Mia-mosaPrep Time 15 minutes
1 part Dry Sparkling wine, such as Proseco or Champagne2 parts Fresh Orange juice2 oz frozen sorbetFrozen Blueberries or Orange slices for garnish (optional)
Combine first two ingredient; drop in scoop of sorbet and serve with frozen fruit as a garnish.
