Three individuals are in custody after they led authorities on a two city pursuit.
The incident happened around 7:45 p.m. in Mission.
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection told Action 4 that agents saw a suspicious vehicle leaving the Chimney Park RV Resort in Mission.
When agents attempted to conduct a stop, the driver fled.
A Border Patrol helicopter was then called to the scene to assist in finding the vehicle.
The chase lasted around ten minutes, and ended in Pharr off of Dalia Avenue in Pharr.
According to authorities, 276 pounds of marijuana was found inside the vehicle.
A man, two women and the marijuana were transported to Border Patrol for further investigation.
McAllen and Mission police assisted in the pursuit.
