Museum director stabbing suspect back in court

Brownsville Museum Director TMs murder suspect was in court Thursday morning.

20 year old Ernesto Ivan Martinez was arraigned by State District Judge Elia Cornejo Lopez of the 404th Judicial District Court on capital murder charges of Barry Horn and burglary of habitation. A trial date has been set for Monday, June 14th. Martinez is charged with the capital murder of Brownsville Museum of Fine Arts Executive Director Barry Horn, of Brownsville.

Horn was discovered stabbed to death in October 24, 2009 at his home on 1400 Flor de Mayo. Martinez faces up to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
