New training to help combat student alcohol abuse

Alcohol abuse is growing among high school aged kids. It is now the number one most used substance by the underage set, with about 57% of kids admitting to trying it. Another 25% say they have used it recently. Various local organizations are joining forces to combat the problem by training law enforcement agencies to spot the signs.
