Old bottle nipples & roaches found at daycare during 2nd dirty inspection
Thu, 02 May 2013 04:18:01 GMT —
A kids daycare center is dirty for the second week in a row.
Flintstones Daycare on 229 Keith Lane in Brownsville continues to score high demerits during health inspections.
The business received 23 demerits for a number of violations on a re-inspection.
The facility racked up 45 demerits the week before during the city TMs initial check up.
This time around a kitchen cop found dead roaches and ants all over equipment, according to the report.
There was also evidence of a dirty stove.
The business was even ordered to throw away all old bottle nipples.
Photos taken by inspectors documented the filth.
The Food Patrol traveled to Flintstones to find out why the daycare continues to raise red flags with questionable kitchen conditions.
Are you aware of the health inspection reports this business received? Action 4 TMs Ryan Wolf asked to an employee standing at the door.
Yes, she responded. I apologize but I have to leave.
Before shutting the door, the worker said the facility is safe for children.
