Operation Lone Star 2013 is returning to the Rio Grande Valley this summer.
The operation is a joint exercise involving the Texas Military Forces, Texas Department of State Health Services, and local health officials.
All of the groups are working together to bring FREE medical services to under-served communities along the Texas border.
The operation is made possible with the help of hundreds of local service groups and volunteers.
Some of the services provided are:
Immunizations for children Diabetic screening Blood pressure screening Hearing and vision exams Sports physicals Dental services for adults and children will be at PSJA High School adental services for children will be at Ringgold Middle School
