The second out of five suspects in a Pharr kidnapping is behind bars after being identified through a photo posted on Facebook.
Pharr police booked 37-year-old Oscar Adam Garza into the Hidalgo County Jail on an aggravated kidnapping charge on Wednesday.
Court records show that Garza has been charged with participating in the January 20th kidnapping of Jose Rodriguez, Jr.
Rodriguez was kidnapping by five men outside his Las Milpas area home where he tried to get away but the suspect used a stun gun on his neck.
The records show that Garza is accused of holding Rodriguez and preventing him from escaping.
A motive is still not clear but the records show that Rodriguez was able to identify Garza through a photo posted on Facebook.
The kidnappers released Rodriguez at a McDonalds in the neghboring city of Alamo.
Pharr police arrested Gilberto De Leon as the first suspect in the plot but the others remain at large.
Garza remains in custody at the Hidalgo County Jail under a $250,000 dollar bond.
