A Port Isabel man is behind bars after being accused of sexually abusing a child.
Port Isabel police arrested Marco Antonio Perdomo-Hernandez on Friday morning.
Investigators told Action 4 News that it all started when a child made an outcry.
Port Isabel Police Chief Gualberto Gonzalez said investigators could not comment any further due to a sensitive ongoing investigation.
Perdomo-Hernandez appeared before a Port Isabel Municipal Court judge where he was issued a $60,000 bond.
Cameron County Jail records show that U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents filed an immigration detainer against Perdomo-Hernandez.
