A Rio Hondo store clerk is out on bond after she allegedly used a customers credit card to buy herself some gift cards.
Rio Hondo police arrested Stripes convenience store clerk Marisol Lopez on Tuesday.
Investigators said a customer at the FM 106 store accidentally left his wallet at one of the gas pumps.
Another customer found it and turned it in Lopez but she allegedly turned around and rang up $220 dollars worth of gas cards for herself during three transactions.
Lopez appeared before a judge where she was issued a $3,000 dollar personal recognizance bond.
Investigators are asking other customers to check their credit statements for any unusual activity.
