Authorities have charged a robbery suspect after he lost a fight with convenience store owner in Sullivan City.
Sullivan City police arrested Reginaldo Morales on aggravated robbery and aggravated assault charges on Tuesday.
Morales is accused of using a shotgun in an attempt to rob a convenience store off Guadalupe Flores Road.
The store owner fought with Morales who allegedly fired the shotgun during the struggle.
Nobody was hurt but Morales fled the scene with police arresting him moments later.
Morales remains in custody under $300,000 dollars in bonds.
