A San Benito woman is facing felony DWI charges after her car was involved in a rollover accident.

San Benito police arrested 47-year-old Jessica Shirley Scripter on a third-degree felony DWI charge.

Investigators told Action 4 News that Scripter was involved in a rollover accident off Expressway 77/83 on Monday evening.

Police said Scripter's car hit a concrete barrier causing it to flip three or four times.

Officers reportedly noticed alcohol on Scripter's breath. She allegedly told police that he had a couple of glasses of wine before the accident.

Paramedics rushed Scripter to a local hospital where she was taken into custody after being released from medical treatment.

Investigators learned that Scripter had three prior DWIs and charged her third-degree felony driving while intoxicated.

Scripter appeared before San Benito Municipal Court Judge Ben Yudesis where she was issued a $30,000 bond.
