A man accused in the robbery of a San Benito 8-Liner arcade is behind bars after spending more than a month on the run.
San Benito police told Action 4 News that they arrested Arturo Rios, Jr. on an aggravated robbery charge Tuesday night.
Investigators believe that Rios was the gunman in the September 29th robbery of the Game Room arcade off East Stenger Street.
Two other suspects were arrested in the case shortly after the alleged robbery.
Rios was arraigned before San Benito Municpal Judge David Garza around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday where he was given a $75,000 dollars.
San Benito police told Action 4 News that Rios was expected to be transported to Cameron County Jail sometime today.
Investigators said neither the money nor weapon the gun allegedly used in the robbery have been recovered.
