Authorities are continuing to crackdown on parolees who are allegedly cheating on their drug tests.
Harlingen police arrested 47-year-old Reynaldo Casas, Jr. on a falsification of drug test results charge on Thursday morning.
Investigators told Action 4 News that Casas tried to use a urine sample that was not his.
It all happened at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Parole Division office off Hanmore Industrial Parkway in Harlingen.
Court records show that Casas has a criminal history including marijuana, DWI and other offenses and is supposed to be on parole through May 2014.
The 47-year-old man appeared before a Harlingen municipal judge on Friday morning where he was issued a $1,500 dollar bond.
Casas is the second person in one week TMs time to be arrested for falsifying drug tests results.
