A second suspect wanted for the brutal kidnapping and murder of a Brownsville man is behind bars and back in the Rio Grande Valley.
Abraham Parra is being held at the Brownsville City Jail.
Authorities extradited from Laredo following his arrest earlier this week.
Parra is accused of helping Francisco Javier Flores and three others in the kidnapping and murder of 22-year-old Reyes Bocanegra back on July 18th.
The gunmen allegedly kidnapped Bocanegra from the Playa Mariscos Azul restaurant in Brownsville, killed him and left his body inside an SUV in Rancho Viejo.
Authorities believe the kidnapping and murder were drug-related with ties to Matamoros.
