A Brownsville man is facing criminal charges after he allegedly sold a beer to an 18-year-old at local convenience store.
Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) agents arrested 22-year-old Daniel Garcia on Wednesday.
Jail records show that Garcia is accused of selling alcohol to minors.
Court records show that it all happened a Stripes convenience store at 845 International Boulevard in Brownsville back in February.
A TABC agent allegedly saw Garcia sell a 24-ounce can of Bud Light to an 18-year-old male.
Garcia appeared before a Cameron County Magistrate Judge where he was issued a $5,000 dollar bond.
