Authorities arrested a Harlingen man after he allegedly stalked the victim in a gold van and left a note on her vehicle.
The incident happened Friday before 8 a.m. at the Valley Baptist Medical Center on Pease Street in Harlingen.
Investigators said Bryan Lee Lozano violated a criminal trespass warning that was previously filed against him.
The report stated that Lozano was not allowed on VBMC property.
Lozano reportedly drove his gold van onto the parking lot of VBMC, and placed a note on the woman TMs vehicle.
According to Harlingen officers, the victim became threatened by what was written in the note.
The victim previously filed a Protective Order against 33-year-old Lozano in McAllen, where she resides.
Investigators said Lozano was charged with stalking, a 3rd degree felony, and criminal trespassing, a Class B misdemeanor.
A total bond of $21,000 was set for the 33-year-old Harlingen resident.
