The man arrested earlier this week in connection to Jaime Zapata TMs death was arraigned.

Jose Manuel Garcia-Soto, aka El Safado, or the crazy one, will remain in jail for the next 40 days as prosecutors work to build a case against him.

He faces kidnapping and organized crime charges.

Garcia-Soto allegedly admitted to participating in the attack against U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent Jaime Zapata, but his direct role is still unclear.
