Suspects arrested after leaving bank robbery in Weslaco

Two suspects are behind bars after they allegedly robbed a bank in Weslaco.
It all happened at the Security First Federal Credit Union off Business 83 and Pleasantview Drive in Weslaco around 3 p.m. Friday.
A bank customer alerted police, who were able to catch the suspects while they were getting away in black SUV.
No injuries were reported but police recovered the cash and a BB gun used in the robbery.
The two suspects are expected to be arraigned on Saturday.
Bank officials said the Business 83 location will resume its regular business hours on Monday, November 26th.
Saturday business hours at the Weslaco HEB Texas and Westgate locations will resume on Saturday, November 24, 2012, 10 am -5pm.
