Once the holidays are over there's always the leftovers.
And the big question becomes what to do with them that are not the same old recipe.

Chicken Pesto Sandwich:-Slice ciabatta bread in half and spread pesto mayonnaise one side-Add turkey (or choice meat), arugula, and tomato-Sprinkle salt and pepper-Enjoy!
Bruschetta:-Heat oven to 350 degrees-Cut one loaf ciabatta break into 1/4 inch pieces-Brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese-Place in oven for 8-10 minutes-Mix one pint cherry tomatoes (sliced in half) with one pound Roma tomatoes (coarsely chopped)-Add olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper-Mix well-Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
