The Hidalgo County Sheriff TMs Department arrested a juvenile after he allegedly stole a car with a 5-month-old inside.

On Halloween night, Pharr police responded to the call and were told the 16-year-old took off with the baby in a 2002 white Pontiac Gran Prix.

Pharr police were able to call Bustamante on a cell phone and he allegedly told authorities he would leave the baby in the parking lot of the San Juan Basilica Shrine.
After a search, the 5-month-old was found unharmed by authorities near 1st and Lincoln Streets in San Juan.
