A second person is behind bars in connection to a drive-by shooting in Harlingen.

Harlingen police arrested Juan Gabriel Falcon on an attempted murder charge overnight.

Falcon is the second suspect arrested in connection to a drive-by shooting off Adrian Street last week.

Court records show Falcon is a known member of the Texas syndicate prison gang.

The records show that Falcon and others had been planning a home invasion at the house for weeks.

The group was supposed to have help from the homeowner's maid, who was supposed to leave the front door unlocked.

Earlier this week, Harlingen police arrested Samuel Garcia in connection to the case.

Falcon, who is from Brownsville, allegedly turned to Garcia for help in locating the home.

According to archives, Falcon is no stranger to the law.

Brownsville police arrested him for counterfeiting money back in September 2012.

He was also arrested in connection to a marijuana trafficking investigation in December 2011.

Falcon is expected to appear before a Harlingen Municipal Court judge on Wednesday morning.
