A third suspect was charged Wednesday afternoon after being involved in a deadly Hidalgo County home invasion.
A judge gave Jesse Tello a total bond of $750,000 for charges of capital murder and attempted capital murder.
Tello was quiet in the courtroom as the judge charged him for his role in a home invasion that ended in the death of homeowner Victor Serna.
Serna's son was also shot, but is out of the hospital.
Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Trevio said suspects were looking for marijuana at the home, but it was never found.
Another man, Juan Moreno, was already charged and given a $1 million bond.
Another suspect, Alberto Vela, was injured in the shooting, and was arrested while at the hospital.
Three more people are still said to be on the run.
