Three arrested for vandalizing Brownsville police car, property

      Three young men are behind bars after a vandalism spree where they spray painted a police car, fences and mailboxes in northwest Brownsville.

      Brownsville police arrested Rogelio Maldonado, Jesse Castillo and Giorando Culvert on criminal mischief charges over the weekend.

      The three are accused in a vandalism spree that took place on Laredo Road back on February 13th.

      The teens allegedly spray painted a police patrol unit, fences and mailboxes.

      Maldonado is 19 years old while both Castillo and Culvert are 18 years old.

      Bond information was not immediately available but investigators told Action 4 News that more arrests are possible.
